We will not be responsible for any injuries, infection or problems to your eyes that have been caused by wearing the contact lenses, especially if it is due to misuse. Lens care is very important so it is vital that lenses are taken care of. If not taken care of appropriately, eye damage and infection can occur. If any form of eye problem arises Coco Lenses are not to be held responsible.
All personal information that you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Coco Lenses securely and confidentially.
Lenses sold cannot be exchanged or returned. Please decide cleary before ordering.
Full refund will be made when no stock is available for specific product/s.
We will replace incorrect lenses. Defective lenses can also be replaced, but they must be mailed back to us providing a photo emailed to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. The lenses must be intact with the original seal so we can submit feedback to our suppliers so they can give us a replacement.
Please note – prescription lenses can take anything between 4-6 weeks to arrive. It is out of our control as to how fast we receive them as they are made to order.
All item are checked in perfect condition when we dispatch them. We are not liable or responsible for any losses or breakages during shipment.
The price that applies is that which has been set on the date of which you have placed your order.
