Products can not be returned. If we have sent the incorrect lens we can replace them but they must still be unopened with no damage and the original seal MUST be on. Once we have received the incorrect lens we will refund/exchange.
All faulty goods MUST be returned or actioned upon within 5 working days of recieval of the lenses.
Before returning, please contact Coco Lenses at: email@example.com including a tracking number for your refund, if possible a contact number and a reference number for the parcel so we can easily locate it. You will receive your refund or exchange upon recieval of the item.
We offer no exchange, so before purchasing please be sure to do your own research. Coloured contact lenses can vary person to person, they may not always appear exactly as shown in the image as it all depends on your individual eye colour. Please note, if your delivery is unclaimed, you may have to pay a handling fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs.
We cannot issue a refund simply based on you changing your mind on what lenses you want to purchase. Please decide carefully before placing your order.
We offer no refund on any items that are on pre-order. Please read the product description carefully as all timescales are written.
